A vintage watch is a work of art, but it is also a precision and mechanical instrument, and as such, requires periodic services and maintenance. We suggest that you have your watch inspected and serviced by a quality watchmaker every three to five years for cleaning, lubricating and regulating. This will ensure that your timepiece continues to function reliably for many years.

If you entrust us to service your watch, we will disassemble the movement completely, inspect and clean every part individually in an ultrasonic cleaning machine. Any questionable parts is repaired or replaced. Your watch is then reassembled, lubricated according to factory specs, timed and adjusted with modern equipment for the best time accuracy. Finally, if requested, the case is cleaned and polished, the crystal is polished or replaced and the band replaced with a quality leather strap, making your watch look and run its very best. All our movement servicing comes with a six-month written warranty for your peace of mind.

Should your watch ever need servicing, repair or Dial Refinishing please contact us and we can help assess the best option for you. You can access our Services Catalogue outlining our typical pricing for the various services offered, through the link provided below.

If your watch requires more customized repair, we can also provide a customized estimate. We request that you complete a quick online questionnaire and provide some information on your watch and the type of services you envisage. We will evaluate your submission and send you our assessment and estimate via return email for your consideration, along with instructions should you elect to proceed with the quoted service.

Please understand that repair estimates cannot be confirmed until we’ve inspected your watch. However, rest assured that no work is performed until a full inspection has been completed, the estimate confirmed or revised, and your final approval to proceed is received. If you elect not to proceed with the repair based on any revised estimate we provide, we will return your watch to you at our cost. Once you have given your authorization to begin the repair, and for whatever reason, you change your mind, you will be charged only for the work completed and for the cost of shipping your watch back to you. We even look forward to trying to repair timepieces others have given up on.

Our goal is to satisfy each client that entrusts a timepiece to our care by providing professional on time repair and restorations at reasonable prices. We want to earn your repeat business and your recommendation to others.
