| Size | 30mm across (without crown) |
| Dial |
Light creamy original dial with a pattern that looks like sun rays radiating from center. Applied lume numbers in olive green and a second sub dial at bottom on a smooth surface. Hour and minute hands have light amber lume that is fully intact. Signed Rotary at top in black above the Rotary logo of a "winged wheel". |
| Case |
Nickel Chromium plated case with wear scratches and surface dings but in good condition, tight fitting, solid and no gapping. Stainless steel snap on back lid with fixed lugs. Cool engraving on back reads "A.Ledingham, 1940". So probably a gift at the height of WWII, and most likely of English origin given that Rotary is an English watch brand |
| Movement |
15 jewel manual wind Swiss movement with the "Rotary Wings" on the main wheel, and marked Cal 9/440 (similar to an A.S. 984 caliber). Runs well and keeps good time and provided with a 6-month mechanical warranty |
| Strap |
Fitted with a black nylon military style strap with silver buckle. |
| Age | 1940 |
| Crown | Unsigned gold crown |
| Other | Great example of a WWII watch |
