| Size | 33mm |
| Dial | Porcelain white dial with green-brown lumed numbers - large and mostly intact and inside red number 24-hour chapter. Mercedes style hands that have lost their lume over the years but have retained their charm |
| Case | Case has inner and outer hinged lid. Inner lid marked 5388996 and has an essay mark that looks like a swan and another I cannot make out. Outer lid signed Omega with same matching number with same swan essay mark - may be a silver mark? Fixed lug design, so fitted with a great military style strap. |
| Movement | Omega signed movement, serial 4685318 which has recently been serviced and comes with a 9-month mechanical warranty. Watchmaker had to recoil the hairspring. Recommends to only wind this old lady forward and slowly and it will last many more decades. |

| Band | Fitted on a custom dark brown military style strap that really makes this early Omega trench watch shine. |
| Other | Unsigned crown which would be expected on this era Omega. |
