||Rose gold filled case with stylized design case showing a sailboat motif on back. Inside first lid marked "Wadsworth, Warranted 20 years". Inside second lid serial 1723048 which correctly matches the 3048 inscribed on outer ring of case. Glass crystal.
||Elgin movement with serial 16517472 - winds very smoothly and keeps good time.
||Fitted with a tan Hirsh camelgrain watchstrap
||Case is clearly based on pocket watch design but made for an early watch, which really only became popular in the next 7 years, after World War I, but had its start during the Boer War (1900-1901).
