Signed "Mido Multifort" in black at 12 o'clock and "Automatic" over second subdial at 6 o'clock. Hour and minute hands in grayish white for a nice contrast. |
| Case | Large size Mido Multifort case makes this an unusual model. It is rare to find the Mido Multifort model in such a large size. Very masculine case and quite hefty. Nicely inscribed on back around inner circle "Robert A. Wiessner". Inside screw back lid marked "Brit. Pat. 385 505" and serial 650432. |
| Movement | Fabulous bumper automatic movement whose "thud-thud" really feels great against the wrist when worn. A 17 jewel Mido Limited signed Cal 6064 bumper movement which is not designed to be hand wound, only by movement of wrist. Recently serviced and comes with a 9-month mechanical warranty. |
