Very cool looking dial in copper and black, really stands out. All appears original with nice age patina. Second sub dial with copper markings on ring of black. Hour and minute hands have lume inset, mostly gone. Marked "Viking Sport Vattentät" in black near 12 o'clock. |
| Case | Nickel chrome case in very good condition with lugs that sweep back slightly. Screw back lid marked Viking, Fab Suisse, Hermetic, Anti-Chocs with serial/model number 8409. Inside lid marked "Pansar-Boett", Viking, 2247322, and "Rostfritt" which is stainless steel in Swedish. Also has a second inner cover to better protect the movement. |
| Movement | Sports a 15-jewel Cortebert Cal 677 manual wind movement, made for Viking as main wheel stamped 'Viking'. Winds smoothly and keeps reasonable time. Comes with a 3-month mechanical warranty. |
